Appointment Process

<h3>Booking Your Consultation</h3><p>Appointments at KHHIMS can be requested online through our website booking form or in person at the OPD registration desk located on the ground floor.</p><ol><li><strong>Online Request:</strong> Select your department, preferred doctor, and date. Upon submission, our registration team will review availability and contact you via phone or SMS for confirmation.</li><li><strong>Walk-in Tokens:</strong> Patients without prior appointments are welcome to visit our OPD registration counter from 8:30 AM onwards Monday through Saturday. Tokens are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.</li><li><strong>Emergency Cases:</strong> Emergency patients do not require an appointment and are attended immediately at the 24/7 Casualty Desk.</li></ol>
