<h3>Smooth Discharge Protocol</h3><p>When the treating physician determines the patient is medically fit for discharge:</p><ol><li>The ward nurse prepares the discharge summary detailing diagnosis, hospital treatment, and home care advice.</li><li>Pharmacy bills and hospital accounts are finalized. Transparent billing is provided with itemized receipts.</li><li>Our pharmacist provides clear oral and written counselling regarding take-home medicines and dosages.</li><li>A scheduled follow-up date with the consulting specialist is noted on your discharge summary.</li></ol>
